32-inch Gravel Bike
A custom chromoly gravel frame built around emerging 32-inch wheel components.

Overview
Project scope
I developed the frame geometry from my current bikes and available pre-production references, then fabricated the frame from 0.035-inch chromoly tubing. The tubes were mitered on a milling machine, hand-fit in a frame jig, and TIG welded with stainless filler.
Challenge
Design problem
The rear triangle needed both large tire clearance and clearance for a 38-tooth chainring while supporting modern drivetrain and brake standards.
Solution
Engineering approach
Metal 3D-printed dropouts integrated a SRAM UDH derailleur mount and a flat-mount brake interface without additional welded or machined adapters.
